You are summoned to a meeting of Runwell Parish Council at the Village Hall on Monday 7th September 2026 at 7.00pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:

Declarations of Interest – All Members are reminded that they must disclose any interests they know they have in items of business on the meeting’s agenda and that they must do so at this point on the agenda or as soon as they become aware of the interest. They are also obliged to notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the meeting if they have not previously notified her about.

The Chairman to remind members of the public who wish to take part in public forum that Runwell Parish Council operates strict timescales (maximum 3 minutes per speaker) to receive their information in the form of statements. No debate will be allowed on any issues, only the receipt and clarification of information.
(In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public wishing to address the Council can do so during the public Forum). Maximum time allowed for this section is 15 minutes.

10. Planning
Applications received up to date:
(i) 23/01115/S73/1 – Land Rear of 132 Brock Hill. Proposed: Variation of Conditions 2 and 9 to approved planning application 23/01115/FUL (Demolition of Existing outbuildings. Proposed 3 new Dwellings with parking area and access driveway) to Amend the position of Plot 3, parking layout, gardens and windows. Remove chimneys, to create a better layout.
(ii) 26/00932/OUT – Land South And North West Of Lynfords Drive. Proposed: Outline application for the erection of up to 7 bungalows with associated access, parking, landscaping, biodiversity enhancement and drainage works. Access being sought, all other matters reserved.
(iii) 26/00690/FUL – Site Rear Of 11 Runwell Road. Proposed: Erection of detached chalet-style dwelling together with associated parking, access, landscaping and reconfiguration of the existing parking arrangements serving the wider mixed-use site.
(iv) 23/00532/S73/2 – Land South Of Southlands Cottages Runwell Road. Proposed: Variation of condition 7 to approved application 23/00532/S73/1 (Variation of condition 2 to planning application 23/00532/FUL (Installation of a solar farm with battery storage and associated infrastructure) To facilitate the amendment of the solar farm layout from a Single-Axis Tracker system to a Fixed system) Amend the wording of Condition 7 to allow for the implementation of the Site Access from the A132 Runwell Road (the Runwell Road Access) and the associated access track, in advance of the Archaeological Investigation works.
(v) 26/01093/FUL – Land At Greenacres Runwell Chase. Proposed: Construction of 6no dwellings with new associated access.
