You are summoned to a meeting of Runwell Parish Council at the Village Hall on Monday 6th July 2026 at 7.00pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. Apologies for Absence
2. Declarations of Interest – All Members are reminded that they must disclose any interests they know they have in items of business on the meeting’s agenda and that they must do so at this point on the agenda or as soon as they become aware of the interest. They are also obliged to notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the meeting if they have not previously notified her about.
3. Public participation session with respect to items on the agenda and other matters of mutual interest.
The Chairman to remind members of the public and Councillors who wish to take part in public forum that Runwell Parish Council operates strict timescales (maximum 3 minutes per speaker) to receive their information in the form of statements. No debate will be allowed on any issues, only the receipt and clarification of information.
(In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public wishing to address the Council can do so during the public Forum). The meeting will adjourn for questions from the members of the public. The Council will first hear from Councillors and then from the public. (Maximum time allowed for this section is 15 minutes)
Please note: In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, the public may be excluded by resolution whenever publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

Applications received up to date:
(i) 26/00593/FUL – Barn At Uplands Warren Road, Rettendon – Proposed: Demolition of existing structures and erection of 5 no. residential dwellings with associated alterations to access.
(ii) 26/00613/FUL – The Laurels 130 Church End Lane – Proposed: Single storey rear extension and new link to main building on first floor with internal alterations. New detached outbuilding to facilitate a staff room.
(iii) 26/00514/FUL – 12 Rushbrook Avenue – Proposed: Construction of new outbuilding.
(iv) 26/00649/FUL – Site at Browns Avenue – Proposed: Erection of 3 no. new dwellings with associated access, parking, landscaping and highways works.
(v) 26/00690/FUL – Site Rear of 11 Runwell Road – Proposed: Erection of detached chalet-style dwelling together with associated parking, access, landscaping and reconfiguration of the existing parking arrangements serving the wider mixed-use site.
(vi) 26/00637/FUL – Land South East of Potters Farm – Proposed: A ground mounted solar farm, including associated infrastructure, access, landscaping and grid connection cable.
