You are summoned to a meeting of Runwell Parish Council at the Village Hall on Monday 13th April 2026 at 7.00pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:

- Declarations of Interest – All Members are reminded that they must disclose any interests they know they have in items of business on the meeting’s agenda and that they must do so at this point on the agenda or as soon as they become aware of the interest. They are also obliged to notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the meeting if they have not previously notified her about.
- Public participation session with respect to items on the agenda and other matters of mutual interest.

(ii) 26/00294/FUL – 10 Elthered Gardens – Proposed: Remove existing conservatory and construct a single storey rear extension.
(iii) 26/00330/REM – Land North Of South Woodham Ferrers – Application for the approval of reserved matters (layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping) pursuant to outline planning permission 22/00311/OUT, compromising 190 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), internal roads, public open space (including children’s play space and SuDS), allotments, and a pumping station, together with associated landscaping and car parking.
(iv) 26/00310/OUT – Land Adjacent 23 Church End Lane – Proposed: Detached dwelling. All matters reserved. - Village Hall
(i) Reconsider Hall Hire on Sunday afternoon.
(ii) Hall Hire Sunday 28th June 2026 – Retirement of Vicar. - Runwell Park – To review and agree the replacement of Boundary Fencing.
